Service description

J.O.D.I. is an invitation-only personal assistant communication service. Eligible participants who specifically opt in may receive conversational SMS/MMS responses, reminders, or requested service updates. Voice callers may be routed to authorized assistant functions or a voicemail service. Unknown callers are not automatically enrolled in SMS.

Enrollment and message frequency

Only explicitly authorized phone numbers may enroll in messaging. Any invitation and confirmation process must clearly describe the messages and obtain your express consent before automated texts begin. Message frequency varies depending on your requests, conversations, and optional reminders. Consent to SMS is optional and not a condition of purchase.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for SMS, MMS, data, or calls.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from J.O.D.I. SMS/MMS messages. You may receive a final confirmation of the opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email contact@tylertran.dev. Do not send passwords or payment-card details by SMS.

Availability and restrictions

The service may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted. It is not an emergency service. Do not use it to report emergencies; contact emergency services directly. Access to personal information and assistant functions is limited by authorization rules. The operator may suspend messaging or access to protect security and privacy.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
