This policy describes how Tyler Tran, operating the personal J.O.D.I. (Joint Operations & Digital Intelligence) assistant, handles information related to its invitation-only voice, SMS, and MMS functions. The program is intended for the owner and explicitly authorized participants, not public marketing subscriptions.

When you contact the J.O.D.I. number or expressly enroll in its messaging program, information processed may include your phone number, messages and attachments, call metadata, recordings or voicemail, transcriptions, consent and opt-out preferences, and technical delivery or security logs. Do not send sensitive financial, medical, or identification information unless you have been expressly authorized to use a secure channel.

Information is used to route authorized messages, deliver requested assistant replies and notifications, accept voicemails, prevent unauthorized access, honor opt-outs, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain service security. Messaging frequency varies based on your requests and enabled notifications. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers and sharing

Telecommunications, hosting, and AI processing providers may process information solely to provide the requested service, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

Messages, voicemails, delivery records, and consent history may be retained as needed for the service, operational troubleshooting, security, and applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted and reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no communication system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure. You may request review or deletion of eligible information by contacting the address below.

Consent and controls

SMS participation requires explicit enrollment. Receiving a phone call or leaving a voicemail does not enroll you in SMS. Reply STOP to opt out of messages or HELP for assistance once messaging has been activated. You may also contact us by email. Consent to messaging is not a condition of purchasing anything.
